Your Employee Dental Benefits, Made Simple

Most workplace benefits plans cover more dental care than people ever actually use. We will help you understand exactly what your plan covers — and make using it straightforward.

How benefits work at the studio

Bring your benefits card or plan booklet to your first visit — that’s it. We’ll confirm what your plan covers, give you a clear written treatment plan before any treatment begins, and help you submit your claims. Surprises belong in gift boxes, not on dental bills.

What employee plans typically cover

Most employee dental benefits cover preventive care — checkups, cleanings, and X-rays — at or near 100%, with partial coverage for fillings and basic restorative work, and varying coverage for major treatment like crowns or bridges. Cosmetic treatments are usually excluded, though the consultation often isn’t. Every plan reads differently; we’ll go through the fine print with you.

Don’t leave benefits on the table

Here’s the part most people miss: dental benefits are use-it-or-lose-it. Most plans reset on January 1, and unused coverage doesn’t roll over. If the year is winding down and you have coverage remaining, that’s the moment for the cleaning you kept postponing or the next phase of your treatment plan — already paid for, waiting to be used.

Bring us your plan — we’ll do the math

Not sure what you’re covered for? Book a visit and bring your plan details. We’ll translate the insurance language, map it to your care, and keep the whole thing refreshingly unconfusing. Also worth knowing: we welcome patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
